ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for the 2010-Current 5th Gen Toyota 4Runner is a entire new level of suspension. The front suspension is similar to the ICON Stage 1, 2 and 3 Systems.
The rear suspension is really where the difference is going to be seen and felt. The rear springs in the system give the 5th Gen 4Runner 2" of lift and the rear links help manage that suspension to cycle properly. The biggest improvement in the System, in comparison to the other three Systems, is the 2.5" Diameter Remote Reservoir Rear Shocks.
These ICON Shocks are tuned specifically to give your 5th Gen 4Runner a balanced and smooth ride quality. In addition, the Shocks have a built in bump zone to increase your truck's compression valving and the final 2" of up travel--preventing the harsh bottom out sensation and gives your truck a much more controlled ride quality. Recommended tire size 285/75R16, wheel 16x8 with 5" back spacing.
