Our Stage One Systems will include the Toytec Aluma 2.5 Suspensions system paired with Total Chaos Upper control arms:

• Toytec Front Aluma Series 2.5 Diameter Coilovers
  • The shock bodies are made from hard anodized aluminum for cooler operation as well as better protection from the elements.
  • Front Aluma Series Coilovers are adjustable from 2-3" of lift
  • Internal hydraulic valving optimized to match the 700 lb rate spring for use with or without a bumper or winch.
  • The kit includes sway bar relocation brackets, preload adjustment tool and owner's manual.
  • Nitrogen charged design with internal floating piston to help prevent shock fading and cavitation.
  • Heavy duty 16mm induction-hardened piston shaft.
  • Shocks are fully rebuildable
  • Aftermarket upper control arms are required.

Front Bump Stop Option:

• DuroBumps bump stops for the 2nd & 3rd Gen Tundra/Sequoia are proudly made in the USA with heavy-duty dual durometer rubber to provide a smoother progressive dampening—greatly reducing hard bottom outs. Gain better off road control and comfort vs harsh-on-contact OEM bump stops. Upgrade your truck to 100% eliminate that damaging shell-shock effect from hitting those larger bumps.

Rear Bump Stop Options:

• DuroBumps are proudly made in the USA with dual durometer (hardness) rubber that provides smooth progressive dampening and greatly reduces hard bottom outs. This allows for more control and comfort compared to OEM bump stops that are harsh on contact. With DuroBumps installed, the shell-shock effect experienced when hitting the OEM bump stops is completely eliminated.
• Icon - micro-cellular foam material is more compliant and will help to soften bottom-outs when the suspension reaches full compression and provides improved performance over the OE bump stops with an easy bolt-on installation.

Rear Lift Springs:

• RCTUN - Toytec premium 2 inch rear lift coil springs, designed to take your off-road adventures to the next level! Crafted with precision and care, these high-quality coil springs provide a significant boost in ground clearance and suspension travel.

Rear Shocks: Toytec 2.5 Aluma Series Rear shocks designed for 1-3" lift. Shock bodies are hard-anodized aluminum for cooler operation and longer lasting in the elements. Fully rebuildable. Perfect match to the Aluma coilovers.

Upper Control Arms to complete your kit:

• Total Chaos Uniball Upper Control arms - 87500 - Maximize your wheel travel and increase strength while also correcting alignment angles.
• Icon Tubular Delta Joint upper control arms -58461DJ. Built in added caster for better handling on lifted vehicles, Delta Joint PRO allows maximum articulation without binding. Delta Joint PRO is 100% serviceable and rebuildable. Serviceable dual stage pivot bushings.
