Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Apex Overland strives to fulfill complete customer satisfaction. In the event you are not satisfied with your products ordered through Apex Overland the following returns policy will be followed:
Refund & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with the products purchased, please contact Apex Overland for a Return Authorization Number. All items must be returned within 30 days of shipment in their original box and condition and the product must not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer’s documentation. We cannot accept returns of items that have been installed.

All valid returns will incur up to a 30% re-stocking fee (depending on product) of sale price for each item returned. All Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Any returned item(s) or order(s) originally shipped utilizing discounted or "Free Shipping" will be refunded less the original shipping fee incurred by Apex Overland.

On exchange of defective products, Apex Overland will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only.

No refunds or exchanges on any special order item.
Special Order items & Items with lead time from Original Manufacturer:

Items that are special ordered from manufacturer, such as custom made or hard to get items are subject to a 30% restock fee as long as the manufacturer will take the item back

Customer is responsible for 100% of restock fee from manufacturer if applicable.

Items that will not be accepted back from the original manufacturer will be refunded 50% of the original sale price.

Items can not be returned due to unsatisfactory lead time if customer was made aware of lead time at time of order.
Defective or Missing Items

If you receive a defective item, the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please immediately contact Apex Overland. All claims must be made within 7 business days of receipt.
Cancelled Orders

Orders Cancelled immediately before processing will be refunded less 5% for payment processing fees. ​

Orders Cancelled after processing and the products have not shipped, you will charged up to a 30% restocking fee depending on the manufacturers cancellation policy, and 5% for payment processing fee.
Payment

Full payment of 100% must be received before any parts will ship​.

Full payment of 100% on any labor must be received before any vehicle can be picked up.

By making any payment- Online checkout/invoicing/direct payment via card or cash or check/any form of paypal, customer agrees to terms and conditions.
Safety Disclosure

Apex Overland has no warranty offered concerning the performance of the Apex Overland products after the installation. Apex Overland is not responsible for use of its products off road or on road, quality of installation, the driving conditions or any combo of these factors. The warranty is limited to the replacement of a defective product prior to installation that Apex Overland has deemed defective.

Items that have been modified or damaged during installation will not be covered under the warranty. This warranty does not include the reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Apex Overland and does not include any costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any other incurred costs. Apex Overland products are designed for off road use only. The purchaser and owner agree to the risks that can potentially result in death or serious injury while off-road. Apex Overland is not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries or deaths that could potentially result from product failure. The purchaser or owner is held responsible for all proper vehicle maintenance and is in safe operating conditions.
Product Warranties

A copy of the original purchase receipt is required for any warranty issues.

Warranty on items produced by other manufactures that are purchased through Apex Overland are warranted by the original manufacturer. Apex Overland is not responsible for any damage or issues with the items that are produced by the original manufacturer. All warranties are subject to the policies provided by the original manufacturer. Warranty does not include reimbursement for shipping of the product to or from Apex Overland and does not include the costs incurred during the down time of the vehicle or any incurred costs.
Shipping Terms
Apex Overland works with multiple freight solutions to provide the best option possible for your shipment. This often means the solution that best fits the circumstance evolves due to factors such as service and price in a seemingly short time span. We cannot be certain at the time of your order what that solution is, thus the commitment we make is that at the time of your order shipping and this decision is made, you will receive an electronic communication with the tracking number and solution provided.
Shipping Damages & Claims

Apex Overland is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during shipping. If a package appears to be damaged during shipping, you must contact the shipper (ex. FedEx, UPS) within 48 hours of receiving the product. At that time you will need to file a damage claim with the shipper and NOT with us.

Products Lost In Shipping: Apex Overland is not responsible for a package that gets lost in shipping. However, if the freight company (ex. FedEx or UPS) deems the package as lost, we will ship out a replacement of the same item. Please remember we will only ship out a replacement if the freight company claims it as lost.

Apex Overland will not warranty any damages caused during shipping. Failure to notify the shipping company can result in a loss or recourse to the damaged items.

Apex Overland is not responsible for any missing items that have been signed for by the purchaser or user. The purchaser or user must contact Apex Overland within 7 days of any shortages in shipping.

The customer may be required to complete an affidavit to the shipping carrier to describe the damage. Refund or exchange is only completed upon receipt of affidavit by Apex Overland so that we may work to re-cope the losses from the carrier.
Free or Discounted Shipping

Exclusions apply: valid within the lower 48 states, and applies to ground shipping via standard small parcel services like UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

We do not offer free shipping to Military Forwarding Bases (APO, FPO or DPO addresses)

We do not ship big items to small P.O. Box Addresses (because it won't fit)

All orders that must ship LTL freight may have additional fees associated. You will be contacted if additional fees
Order Processing
​Tracking numbers for orders are sent via email when your order ships. Once you place an order with is we will process it during our regular business hours. All Online orders follow this process:

Awaiting Processing: We have received your order but have not processed it.

Processing: Your order has been reviewed and we working to get it on the way.

Items with a Lead time will remain in this process until they ship.​

Shipped: Once the product ships or we receive a tracking number from the manufacturer, we will email you the tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers will not immediately work as they must go to the local sorting warehouse before they become active. If it has been several days and the tracking number we provided doesn’t work, please contact us. Certain items drop-ship directly from the manufacturer which may extend or shorten the transit time depending on your proximity to the shipping origin. Most orders ship with no signature required so please be sure there is a secure location for the delivery driver to leave your package.
